I’m not great at cooking, but I’d like to get better. I’m also trying to lower my cholesterol (yes ha) since it runs high in my family and I want to develop the right eating habits earlier rather than later- hence all of the vegan and healthier options on here. I’m not vegan or vegetarian, although I try to mainly eat just produce and fish.
